Zachary Lombardo
Born and raised in Southwest Florida, I’m a devoted husband and father who brings deep local roots and generational expertise to Prime Construction & Design. Construction runs in my blood—passed down from my father and grandfather— and I’m proud to carry forward a legacy built on craftsmanship and integrity.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors—fishing, golfing, or coaching my daughter’s softball team. My passion for building goes beyond structures; it’s about shaping family and community with dedication and heart.
Jonathan Grow
Born and raised in Fort Myers, FL, I’ve always been surrounded by the value of hard work, community, and craftsmanship. Construction has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember—whether it was building projects alongside family growing up or taking on my own creations just to see what I could make. For the past six years, I’ve worked professionally in the construction industry, bringing that lifelong passion into every project I take on.
Outside of work, I’m a devoted husband and father who loves the outdoors. You can often find me fishing, hunting, or working on new projects in my own backyard. For me, construction isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am. It’s about creating something solid, functional, and beautiful that people can depend on for years to come.
